Large, international law firm has an immediate need for an Office Operations Manager for their Orange County office. This firm offers great benefits and competitive pay.

The position will be responsible for the following:

-Coordinating with vendors, service providers and other offices on special projects and events
-Working closely with law firm leadership to answer employee questions and assist with special requests
-Assisting with the scheduling and planning of office meetings and events
-Participating in employee orientation process
-Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance needs of the office
-Assisting the HR manager with annual performance reviews
-Helping to be sure that secretarial and receptionist coverage is provided
-Supporting HR with the compliance of all state and federal laws
-Maintaining personnel files

To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

-Bachelors Degree
-5+ years of prior Office Manager experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
-Ability to work under pressure
-Familiarity with CA labor laws
