Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Successful completion of a NAACLS-accredited Medical Technologist program 3. MT Certification 4. National Registration as an MLS (ASCP) or Certification with the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist 5.
