6 Month Fixed Term Contract

The role holder will be LAM Controller for IT & Cyber Security Functions within WIN and own the centralised reporting function for Wealth INternational (WIN) logical access compliance to all relevant fora.
The role holder will be responsible for all risk monitoring, including compliance against functional standards and Risk Control Self Assessments, for the WIN Cyber Security Team and for ensuring that cyber incident response plans for WIN are maintained and aligned to Group IT Security

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Support LAM Stay Clean control activities
Ensure that all access requests/amendments and deletions are appropriately documented and authorised

Instruct WIN Service Desk re fulfilment of access requests/amendments/deletions

Ensure all fulfilment requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure that an audit trail exists for all LAM activities

Maintain logical access information for IT teams

Review and action access requests for IT users

Complete logical access reviews for IT as per the requirements of their risk profiles

Review the risk profile of all WIN IT users on a monthly basis and ensure that the correct risk profile is assigned to each user

Perform four eye control checks on all movers/leaver/joiners to ensure that all LAM fulfilment is completed in line with policy.

Co-ordinate and support Application owners with a system attestation process across the 11 critical applications identified as high risk.

Perform monthly privileged user reviews across both network and application administrators in line with LAM policy.

Perform quarterly re-attestations of privileged user accounts across network and applications in line with LAM policy.

Design and deliver a structured consistent document repository and associated process to ensure that an audit trail exists and is easily accessible for all user permissions across WIN

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all processes relevant to Logical Access, ensuring all processes are compliant with associated Group Policies

Facilitate periodic access control reporting to WIN governance or Risk Committees in liaison with Departmental LAM controllers

Review dormant accounts as per policy and take the appropriate action to maintain the security of access to WIN applications
